CARDIO BAR::

Group weight training and cardio class

CARDIO BLAST:
A full hour of non-stop, impact-driven cardio drills!

CONTINUOUS MOTION:
Class name says it all! A 60-minute workout of alternating intervals or circuits that can include: running, jump rope, kickboxing, plyometrics, and strength training drills!

CYCLE:
Bringing the outdoors in! A 55 minute workout on stationary bikes that is coached by an instructor in a beat driven, heart pumping group setting! Geared to all fitness levels.

ZUMBA:
The Latin dance craze sweeping the Nation!

EXTREME BOXING:
An 8 session course with your own personal boxing coach!

PILATES:
Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates this mat class focuses on core awareness and control.

SCULPT:
A non-impact workout using both barbells and hand weights

STABILITY BALL:
Using the large resist-a-balls Ken will coach you through a class that will challenge your balance, endurance, strength to the CORE!!!!

SURVIVOR:
Name says it all! A 60-75 minute workout with Linda….survive this class and you'll see what puts the MACK in Womack's!

YOGA:
This class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and posture enhancing your vitality and sense of well being.

CHILD CARE HOURS: 8:00am-8:00pm Mon-Fri   8:00am-1:00pm Satuday
